Fixed Chinstrap – Hawley Helmet Liner – Reproduction

 

This is the first pattern of the helmet liner chinstrap, most common on the Hawley paper liner. You will also see them on St. Clair, Westinghouse and Inland helmet liners. Our reproductions are identical to originals. Includes two rivets for installation.

Reproduction “Flat Flip” Helmet Liner Chinstrap

 

This is the second pattern of the helmet liner chinstrap. Considered an early war item. This chinstrap features a cam buckle with a flat edge that is green in color.

This is the third pattern of the helmet liner chinstrap. Considered an early to mid war item. This chinstrap features a cam buckle with a curved end that is green in color.

This is the fourth pattern of the helmet liner chinstrap. Considered a late war item. This chinstrap features a cam buckle with a curved end that is black in color.

Helmet Liner Leather Chinstrap – Original – Black Buckle

 

These original liner chinstraps are post WWII vintage, coming from 1964 dated master boxes containing 500 straps each. These chinstraps are the same design as late WWII chinstraps with a black painted buckle that has a curved end.

Choose a webbing; single (SHBT) or triple (THBT) weave hbt and snap type; nickel (early to mid war) or black (mid to late war). The SHBT neckbands are shown on the left. THBT is shown on the right. Our neckbands are compatible with original helmet liners.

Helmet Liner Neckband – Adjustable – Reproduction

 

Adjustable neckbands were introduced in 1945. This new design which features an buckle for adjustment, is “one size fits all”. Being a late war item they were only made with black snaps. Choose SHBT (shown on left) or THBT (right).

Chamois Lined Leather Chincups

 


Leather Chincup – Russet Tanned – Early Variation – Reproduction

 

We made the dies for this chincup with an original example and a wartime dated mechanical drawing. They are made with 4-5 oz. leather, army russet tanned and lined with genuine chamois. This is the earlier variation perfect for an M2 D-Bale helmet.

Paratrooper Helmet “A” Yokes – Inland Type – Reproduction

 

We pattern our yokes after the measurements taken from a 1942 dated Quartermaster drawing. The webbing length, stitching, and buckle placement is correct. The Inland style “A” yoke is best for an early-war impression.

The pattern for our Westinghouse yokes are taken from an original example we have. The webbing length, stitching, and buckle placement is correct. The Westinghouse style yoke is best for a mid to late war impression.
